재판부는 “(지난해 11월 1차 민중총궐기 당시) 일부 시위대가 밧줄로 경찰 버스를 묶어 잡아당기고 경찰이 탄 차량 주유구에 불을 지르려 시도하는 등 폭력적인 양상이 심각했다. 한 위원장이 불법행위를 지도하고 선동해 큰 책임이 인정 된다”
민노총 관계자들은 이날 한상균 위원장에게 중형이 선고되자 서울 서초구 서울중앙지방법원 앞에서 재판부의 판결을 규탄하는 기자회견을 열고, 판결의 부당함을 주장.
