남양금속 '900kg 용해로 뚜껑' 떨어져 1명 사망·3명 부상
대구시 달성군의 남양금속에서 실린더 교체작업 중 용해로 뚜껑이 떨어지는 사고 발생 근로자 1명 사망하고 3명 부상.
경찰에 따르면 근로자들이 용해로 밑에서 뚜껑(후드-실린더로 개폐되는 형태)의 실린더를 교체하기 위해 뚜껑을 15톤 호이스트에 매달아 놓고 뚜껑 교체 작업을 하던 중 뚜껑 후부에 용접된 고리가 끊어지며 1m 높이에 있던 뚜껑이 추락해 발생.
